That sucks! Dezod doesnt use bead rolled edges. I think they just switched over to them, that will definitely help!

On a side note, I dont know at what point in time any of those pictures are but.....

1.) One of your bolts on the exhaust side of the cartridge isnt tightened down. (the bolts you use to clock the turbo)

2.) The top fitting on the wastegate is not there at all? Even if your not going to use it (mbc) you should still put the fitting in there.

But like I said who knows what point in time the pictures were taken just want to try and help you out.

GL and post some #s!
They are switching to Beadrolled with their Aluminum setup.

1. He doubled-checked and everything is tightened down.

2. I don't believe you need this as it vents to the atmosphere. If you plug the top port instead of the side port, your motor goes pop.

Now go get tuned! Sorry you could not make your appointment but at least you got that bad boy installed, don't go have to much fun until you get tuned.

yea im not driving it..im getting it towed up to churches..gor now im driveing my second car.hopefully i will get it tuned on monday..Thanks for all your help

haha..the second time it blew off we got of the next exit and parked right next to this nice honda fit..and we asked him for some tools and hairspray and we sprayed them down..HAHA

Why not drive it to church's instead of paying for the tune?

Is it that bad on your tune right now? Mine made it home np but I did not boost...AT ALL. God that was such a hard drive to make for me =p
