What would you guys say the weakest link on TC's are (talking built motors) so other than the motor. I have a Quaiffe LSD what should I expect to bust?

If you pre-load your axles, they might stand a chance. But That is probably the weak link. Next to that either 3rd or 4th gear I'd say.

4th gear in the tranny is next. Axles take a lot of abuse and I would not put them as next in the line of parts to fail.

The most important thing you need to remember in order to keep your axles alive is to NOT dump your car.

Improper drive line angles cause vibration and excess stress on the tripot joints which can and will damage them.

The trans can be strengthened through cryo treating but to what extent is unknown.

Axles (outer spline) but you have to be pretty abusive to break them. At 440 WHP on stock motor I launched car many times with slicks and had massive wheel hop. Stock axles took it. I had a quaife in there as well. It's most the launch you have to be careful about.

Or you can get custom gears made, its expensive, but all you have to do is measure them. Then you can go straight cut if you want.
