Default Does Anyone Have PnP ID Injectors? PROBLEM SOLVED!.

So long story short I've wanted ID injectors for awhile because they offer PnP injectors and bc they are fantastic injectors I finally bought a set yesterday. And then decided not to mess with a used manual engine harness today and went and bought a brand new one from Toyota. I get a call from t1 race dvlp. saying they don't offer PnP injectors for the Scion tC..... so no one yet has bought a set of PnP ID Injectors?

PROBLEM SOLVED GOT A SET!

IDs are universal they just have different adapters.
They dont make PNP clips for us.

Its only a few wires - solder the new clips in its not hard

The whole purpose of pnp is to not cut the engine harness..... I already purchased a brand new engine harness so obv I woud not want to cut it. I'm just making certain ID doesnt offer PnP kits for the scion.

They dont make pnp injectors. I know paul was tryin to work somethin out where they have pigtails to make them pnp similar to rc injectors. But for now, ya gotta hardwire em in.

this is a simple solution..... buy the injectors, they come with the universal wire in pigtails, then buy a set of rc scion tc pig tails and cut off the rc end and attach the ID end to it now you just made your own PNP

Yea i hear ya. Dont get me wrong, theyre prolly one of the best injectors on the market, and id love to grab a set, but like u i dont wanna cut up my harness. Touch base w paul @ dezod and see if theres ne progress to make em pnp. If all else fails, u can sell em n get a set of dw's.

If u don't want to cut it, skin about half an inch of each wire and solder the pig tails to them. Then tape up the stock one's and tuck them in there. If something ever goes wrong you can swap back injectors and use the stock connector and tape up the ID pig tails. That's what I did and it's working perfectly.

Wait, you bought a whole new engine harness?! Sorry I just don't remember the injector harness being separate. BTW, borderguy's idea sounds great and probably under $50.

I'm in the process of doing a manual swap I went with a used engine harness for my car but then realized I hate used parts so I went and bought a brand new one. Yeah I was thinking I could contact RC/ DW and get a set of their pnp clips only and then splice the ID injectors in. Deff will figure this out I'm on the horn with ID. I think once they produce one set that more tC owners will buy them.

It's really not all that bad to splice into your injector harness, but if you really don't want to, using the rc pnp connector connected to your id pigtails is a great idea!

I have struck out on getting more of the connectors to make them PNP.

If you want the best injectors, there must be a sacrifice for them at this time, unless something changes.

Otherwise, you can always run a Deatsch Werks injector, which is still a great part.

From where? I spoke to ID's master distrib in the USA and this is the response I got....

"No, that's an oddball, don't have a PNP for that one."
