UGH!! Bad kudos!!! After reading this thread last night at work this morning when i got off it was like 24 degrees here and my ETD was frozen or somethign when i cranked it up cuz it sounded aweful!!!

The noise you hear during cold weather is the elastomer in the unit shrinking due to the cold temps. The unit will not be harmed or damaged during the cold temps. the only issue is the unit is loud untill it reaches normal temps.

it did do it's job. but i was not happy with it. and ingalls. BAD customer service. i dont believe that companies who don't offer real customer service. especially for chris choi. yeah thats right. i got a stiffy for you.

just put it in the garage and get a blow dryer and dry it. lol. ;)

they didn't. do you work for them? that's between me and them. telling the whole story isn't gonna fix the problem now.
