Well personally id probably go with the Emanage Ultimate, ive heard some bad reviews and some good... Unichip hasnt had any problems with holding a tune as far as i know, thats also an option, or possibly the AEM model, but the best possible choice in my opinion for a piggy-back system would be the emanage if you cant get your hands on a unichip, you may have to re-tune everyonce and a while, just keep your on on the guages (id recommend an oil pressure and afr gauge thats what you need to monitor) basically if you see the afr go lean or go rich your tune is jacked up..

First, I'd say go with some punctuation. Second, I'd say don't go with either option and wait for the Dezod In-Line EMS.

the reason why the tune "wanders" is because the intake temp sensor and water temp sensor maps arent tuned right
