I have Dezod turbo with high flow cat. Zeitronix Y-band. The instructions say the sensor should be 16" after the turbo, but before the cat. I have it on the s-pipe, after the cat. Is there anyone that has this problem? How much does the cat change the A/F readings. (BTW boosting 5psi with no CEL!!!)

its fine where you got it. cant belive people have cats on there exhaust.

The turbo is the reason why your cars quiet, lol. Your just letting free HP go to waste leaving that cat there. What AFR is your car reading under boost?

 

well, he is in Cali, and the High Flow Cat should let him pass emmissions there.
I would PM paul or joe at Dezod about that, since it's their kit with the cat. What are your AFRs reading?

 

The cat will change your a/f. There is a reason they tell you to put it before your cat...so put it before your cat.

 

14.7 nomal, 12-13.2 under boost.

 

I usually read 14.6-15.2 at idle and 12.5-13.2 WOT

 

14.6-15.2.... thats pretty lean....that'd scare me when running a turbo

 

Most ppl on here say thats ok at idle .

 

yeah 12.5-13.2 is really erally lean you want to run between 10.7 - 11.5

 

I plan to get tune for 8-9psi with greddy ult. W/ pnp harness. Waiting for harness...

 

Plan to buy a new motor soon if you stay at those AF levels
