Default Firestorms Stage 0 Update 1/4 Added...

Just got in from midnight madness. Im dead tired so bare with me till tomorrow morning.

I'll scan the timesliip and etc... its in my car still and im dead tired.

Ran a couple of times.

15.1
14.9
14.7

Then my best was 14.5X @ 95mph. I dont remember what was after the 5...

60 Foot was a 2.1X

Not bad for 6.5psi w/o a tune =D

Was done with stock scion tires screaming down the track.

Other mods just Stage 0 + Pulley+Catback.

I'll post the timeslip tomorrow but for now im out zZzZzZzZz

Putting on the intercooler tomorrow and installing Wideband.

Was my first time at the track with the turbo yes.

After i started extremely babying the clutch.

Launching got better and better.

I hit 14.7-14.9 constantly.

Got 14.5 once with a very nice launch.

Friends going to let me borrow some slicks for test and tune.

Should see another 13.9 tC

Im not selling my kit anymore.

With those MPH though you seem on par for a 14.5... Slicks wont really help your MPH, just your 0-60'... which yes does help/hurt you a lot in 1/8 or 1/4 racing.

Just a quick update...

I noticed when i took some readings today with a heat gun...

Manifold - 413 degrees
Turbo - 230 degrees
Chargepipe 174 degrees
Downpipe was 220 Degrees.

Not to hot.

Without increasing your power, stickier tires will help your E.T. but your MPH will likely stay the same or maybe even drop by a MPH or two.

Lmfao you should see the ____ I have to go threw just to get the i/c put on.....

I have a small i/c like 6 1/2 inches tall and I have to go to the shop tomorrow so they can make me an aluminum bracket and weld it on the intercooler since it has no spot to bolt on.

Should I get them to make 2 brackets and mount the i/c like....

The front edge of the i/c with 2 brackets coming up and bolt into the crash bar?

Or should i just make a bracket on the back edge of the i/c and bolt it to that center piece infront the radiator?
