I've always considered the exhaust, gauges, tune, and clutch to be part of the turbo setup, so I'm going to have to say get some awesome tires.

full exhaust sys.. i would say.. that is if you dont have one and... turbo timer, with boost gauge.. with a/f gauges always good to have..
