At what power level do we need to upgrade our fuel pump... My friend has a 2jzgte lexus sc300 and he is parting it out. And was gonna give me his 255 walbaro for like $10. I have a t3/t4 57 trim once I install my turbo kit, I'm gonna be on 6-10psi. Would I need to upgrade my fuel pump...?

 

I put in the same fuel pump and it works great, as for when you need one, I'm not sure I put it in as a safe guard . My car had about 310whp when i put it in and the stock fuel pump was fine.

 

there is a thread on here by dezod showing that the fuel pump made a difference.. look it up and you will see. alot of people say you dont need it until you pass atleast 300 whp but i would just get it better then nothing...

 

ok. im gonna go ahead and get it.. But will the supra/sc300 one fit. B/c I was told they are universal...

 

What size injectors...?

 

if its universal its probly a GS341 walbro unit...for $10 id grab it. I got my 255lph Walbro for about $90 brand new for my old turbo box.
Mightygnu-Injector size wouldnt matter at this point. It will work with any size injectors obviously. I think you already know that though

for $50 used it aint worth it...buy a new one for under a $100. The BOV was a good deal though, that is if it is a real legit Greddy and not a knockoff

 

yea its a real greddy.. and yea thats what i was thinkin cuz he wants 75.. and if i bought one new its around 90 and could possibly come with maybe a warranty...
