Fuel Pump
Hey, who has upgraded they're fuel pump?
can anyone tell me why i would or wouldn't need to upgrade my fuel pump.
right now i have the turbonetics kit on the auto tc but i'll be doing a manual swap
will i need to tune right away with this fuel pump upgrade? would it be pumping too much fuel along with the big injectors?

I was looking into this and I am considering buying this right now. Should I just wait until I get tuned later on?

it provides more constant fuel pressure especially with bigger injectors and higher hp.. more than 550 inj its recommended. it will make your current map rich across the powerband so you should tune it after install

Theres a thread on here with tons of info. It's well worth the money.
You can use it as a scan tool, works as a gauge for RPM, TPS, GPH, ignition timing, water temp, intake temp, closed/open loop, and a bunch of other things. Has a MPG thing to keep track of your current MPG, tank MPG, daily MPG, etc. Works as a trip computer.

365motorworks on these boards sells them for 155 I think, and Doc Iso sells a cubby panel for them, for that oh so clean install.

Yes and no. The accessport is MUCH better because it's made specifically for tuning and can only be used on specific cars. It's more along the lines of a scan tool.
It's only one wire for the install. I have mine in the cubby. Just remove the center console, route the wire to the OBD2 port, zip tie the wire slack somewhere, plug in and it's done.
