well not everyone but i pick up my spare engine this weekend....so hopefully im not too far behind...stil gonna be a while to build it though...lol

 

Well its all tuned up for some safe easy driving. And MAN was the tune way off! lol the 1000cc barley open at all at idle. But idles like a champ.....sound factory....that good.

Sadley its been raining all day and will be tomorrow too so its first drive will have to be next week since I'll be out of town at the RTA this weekend.

And yes the car has been on jackstands since feb. 5th!

 

Make sure you get some good videos, i wanna hear the beast...

well took the car for its first drive monday.....tuned it up a bit tuesday.....it was running like a charm and some granny backed into the rear of the car tuesday while i was in a parking lot....with me still in the car!

nothing too crazy but still sucks.

i'm going to take more pics and try and get more vids for you guys this week

 

Probably the same granny who rear-ended me last Feb......

Thanks guys! Car has about 150 miles on it so far. Tune is clean now. Runs really really good!

Idle is alittle rough without balance shafts and the energy mounts. lol Other then that and the bumper its all good. Porlly put at least 800-1000 miles before the boosted tuning begins.

Sean I'll have it out all weekend on woodward if you wanna come check it out.

thats weird i had my balance shafts removed and it idle good no vibration or anything?

 

mine vibrates a little with no balance and stiff mounts all around

 

Its not bad.....just more then before.

Since its not a DD for me I hoping it doesnt take too long to get the 1000 miles i want before i tune it for boost. It seems to have alot of pep even with the lower CR pistons.
