Currently we do not offer a turbo kit for the Scion TC. We do have a test vehicle, that we are experimenting with, but currently we are undecided if we will offer a kit to the public. It really depends on the demand and if we feel we can develop a suitable, emissions friendly kit with good power and reliability.

They don't even know if they are going to sell a turbo for the tC!

I find the 2 weeks thing a little hop happy, but i don't doubt that eventually they will have a bolt on, I doubt the bolt on will have much power (Carb EO compliant) But I am sure they will offer upgrades with "This kit is for off road use only" in the description.

i just checked at a local speed shop sacramento motoring accessories and the clerk said that greddy will release a complete kit for the tc in about a couple of months.
he said it will retail for about $2000 and install labor will be about $700. not bad for a complete kit installed for under $3000. i'll keep every posted if i hear anymore about it.

Greddy always sells for 3-5k msrp. When it is actually released, it will be discounted down to 2k without intercooler and 22.5k with intercooler. You get what you pay for though. Greddy turbo kits are usually total crap.

I'd dissagree with crap... they get a ton of business... and are solely as stated above, de-tuned... so you can really take them stock and make them fun with little tweaks.
The Carb # is gold here in California. If you are into tuning your car, Unless you have them you don't have any street cred at all in my book. Street car vs. track car. Any one can make power from their car when they don't worry about emissions and Leagal "red tape". If you have a 300 whp CA street legal car from a econo box four cylinder; You know your stuff and much props. The Greddy kit will be easy to tune to around 250 whp if you know what you are doing, and if you are committed I'm sure you can get it up to 300 whp with time and money.
i just got an email from Greddy and they said that the tubro they are producing will probably be release in the middle of next year. they also informed me that no pricing has yet been anounced. so i guess we will just have to wait and see
