There are two ground cables that come from the negative side.

I just changed my clutch out, one of them i took off and the other one i never touched. I forgot where the one i took off goes. Does it matter where I put it or can it just be on the frame anywhere?

I took out the battery yesterday (car started up fine)
Tried starting it again today after the battery sitting out all day yesterday and night and today (it got down to the 30s today and last night)

It just clicks when i start. dead battery or did i put the ground somewhere wrong? all lights turn on. fuel pump primes. everything. just won't start.

I had it on a charger for like 15 minutes and had it on "engine start" mode and it still had nothing.

 

One goes under the starter make sure the metals are clean the other goes under the battery tray.

 

under the starter like on the engine block? or on one of the starter bolts?

 

it can go to any clean surface on the transmission
