bump...
i looked closely at the bolt and who ever installed kinda stripped it a bit...
i just found out yesterday that i need a 6mm allen head to take that out but the problem is the bolt a bit stripped so how would i take it off?

I have taken rounded out Allen's out with a screw extractor (home depot, ace hardware) they have aggressive reverse threads that will thread into and lock in the Allen socket, allowing you to remove it (do not reuse that bolt!). You'll need to find the one that barely fits but will thread itself all the way in, and you may have to drill the bolt some of you aren't lucky.
Or have a friend weld a nut on there temporarily so you can get it off. Either way, replace with grade 8 or better and don't forget the anti seize!

I stripped the 6mm allen hole on that bolt when I was taking mine apart. Dremel to the rescue... i shaved it off and then pulled it out with a pair of pliers... then I replaced it with a grade 8 bolt with a normal head and i don't have any belt rubbing at all, so that's good.

What tools did you use exactly?!
Bump
Ok, so i barrowed a bolt extractor kit from my work...
So now that I try to take the bolt out, there's not enough room for me to actually get the ratchet and socket to lock on to the bolt...
Does anyone know of any other ways that I would be able to remove that bolt?!

Thats why I used the dremel, shaved the bolt head off, removed the supercharger on the pulley side and then removed the leftoer bolt with a pair of vice-grips. Then when reinstalling I used a new Grade8 hex head bolt. The hex head does not interfear with the belts.
do you have a pic or anything of what the dremel looks like?

The rotary tool is what I was using
You want to use the silicon cutting discs, they work well on most metals

How long did it take you to shave the bolt head off?! I've been shaving it since yesterday but still no luck
I had it cut off in about 30min, but I've work with a rotatory tool for some time.
Once the head is cut off, give the bracket a good tap with a hammer.... i know the angle is hard... the hit is to separate the bolt from the bracket as they will have had a small amount of fusing going on because of the heat from the rotary tool. Once the head is removed you should be able to grab the bolt shaft with a pair of vice-grips and twist it loose then remove it by finger from there. I don't recall the specs on that bolt but go to ACE and find the replacement in a grade-8

30 minutes?! I wish it would take me 30 minutes!
