?

my supercharger hasn't died! hasn't given me a single problem.

only real problem is i have epically loud custom made 3 inch exhaust that is raspy and annoying. while i don't get hassled by the cops cuz they probably think i'm already suffering enough, it is really driving me insane after 11 months.

id say go with the world racing intake manifold.
1. They are more frequently on the forums then weapon r
2. They have incredibly high quality stuff
3. It just looks so much better

haha

i dunno i havent seen any real proen numbers on force induction cars? hoping Ben (yamah) will be the first one with the numbers! WWR had numbers but were accurate because they put numbers with just intake and exhuast and there headers. rather then doing a dyno sheet of before the intake was installed on a turbo car and then after.

Once my engine is good and broke in I'll numbers for everyone to see.

And no.....you dont need the factory intake manifold gasket, at least not for the world racing manifold. It comes with rubber oring gaskets already in place for the 4 runners as well as the throttle body.

After the lack of quality in the weapon R intake I bought, I would never buy something as complex as an intake manifold from them. Go with World Racing for sure.

Hi not trying to threadjack here but I'm considering buying the Descendant/ World Racing intake manifold myself, seems like a higher quality piece than the Weapon-r. My question is this, I'll be getting the TRD supercharger soon on my 07, so

A) Does the TRD supercharger put out enough power to make buying the intake manifold worth while and would I see any gains with it?

B) If I intalled the Descendant intake manifold on my car BEFORE having the supercharger installed, would I lose any power?

i think it still make some power out of it..not sure how much tho. i am currently running trd sc.. so.. if u i told u that i made 20whp its bs right now i wont even know how much hp am i goin to make... last thing... to do the intake mani expect to pay or do it on ur own. most likely you need to drop the motor to do it...
