ZPI turbo xB has ZPI turbo kit and custom exhaust.
how about posting a video where the tC driver has gas pedal down? Look at your video and you can clearly hear that the tC is in vacuum.

I didn't know S/C tC's had Vaccum....

PS...I was standing to the left of Sean (aka Nester) when the vid was shot of this race. The S/C tC is my friends tC. And the xB, well.....Is driven by Kenny if that tells you anything...

no vacume on a sc ??? Of course they run vacume at idle and while daily driving. Also I wanna see a dyno of that xb. In order to beat a sc tc it should be laying down 250+whp to beat a sc setup that bad. Also looks like the tc was not even trying, does not even look like he is shifting hard and looks like he is coasting when the xb passes. The tc never even lurches upon shifts. Mine does even with massive upgraded suspension. You guys going bring that xb to the NM show..? I would love to race it in front of everyone to see how fast it really is. Who knows, could beat the crap out of me and could be a monster!

I will stay totally open minded on the vid, but I have shown it to 5 racers, 2 company owners and asked for honest opinions. All said it looked totally faked which was my instant thought. 3 of the 7 asked what the company was trying to sell, I had to say... looks like they are trying to sell xb turbo kits *LOL* Hope that xb is turning lower than a mid 14 or even high 13. only other possibility is the tc driver is the most lame driver I have ever seen, missed a shift and then decided to coast.

Ah well, just my opinion... hope that xb shows with zpi to the NM meet Cannot wait to see such a monster!!!!

It's no where in the sense of the vaccum on a turbo tC. Which is why I made the comment. I love when people make a comment on a video, when they was not there.

oh god, i love it...every time a one car beats another that everyone thinks shouldn't be beat, it's always a "fake" or "that guy wasn't trying" or something to that effect.

geesh, tough critics. guess we need to step our game on "fake racing videos" up.

blownupmarine (literally ) was the driver, maybe you should ask him if he was trying.

Man, I love the "It was staged" type responses. I was standing right there during the race. The S/C tC is my friend, and the xB is driven by Kenny...need I say more. The xB is so much more lighter than the tC, it would not take 250whp to pull on a 220-230whp tC. You don't need more power when you weigh less. Hence the reason why I can pull on a Trailblazer SS that has nearly double the hp that I did at the time.

turn up the sound and listen to the engine - all it takes is someone with one good ear (or one ear that functions) to hear the s/c tc .....it was barely making any noise. When my car is taking off there is no question about it. I think everybody can hear that in that video. im glad it was posted.

i know what i hear when i turn up the sound-all xB. by the time they got to the camera, the xB had pulled ahead and they were slowing down. as you can see the brake lights on the tC when it passes. the street our shop on isn't that freaking long, they were about to hit intersection.

you all crack me up-why the hell would be be posting fake videos with real customers? you think blownupmarine wants to admit that his $3k plus s/c got beat by a box? riiiiiight.

and travis is correct, the xb weighs substantially less than the tC, therefore the hp doesn't have to match number for number. this is the same xB that was dyno'd at 180 before on our old kit-this is the redesigned kit that we'll hopefully get some #s on this week to settle all the obvious doubt being displayed.

at the end of the video I would say the tC lets out before the xB does... I think that is pretty clear from the video...That does not change the results for the first thress gears..

It never fails we beat an STi in the silver tC the subaru guys say it is fake. We beat an highly modded srt-4 srt forums say it was fake. etc...

We do not make fake videos we race....if they can not drive as good as us that is on them.. we do not say hey lets make a video it is hey lets race and we will video tape it.

We lose sometimes and when we do I am sure the owner of whatever we where racing goes on the forums that support his vehicle and post the video. We are the biggest tC advocates in the world.. Hell I own three of them!! This was a race the xB won. The xB is on 8ish psi and is running very well. I expect solid 13's out of it in the next track outing. well that is if we can keep the axles together

We do not fake videos we make fast Scions. If this was your ZPI turbo scion and you beat something the rest of the world does not think you can beat you would not like them doubting you...

Also yeah I noticed that as well. The tc comes in at 2905 curb and the xb 2415. If all is equal in power curve land then the xb would need to lay down a bare minumum of 190whp to be equal to a 230whp tc "again if curves were almost identicle", and at least 220whp+++ to make a pass like that with a weight of 2415. Then at about 70mph mad aerodynamics come into play with the xb. That is why I wanna race it at the drag section of the new mexico meet Will rock! Would make me laugh for days if I got smoked by a wicked XB.

No doubt though.. that looks to be one fast box!

thats the whole thing .... when did he let off? I know the box is quick because ive talked to a few people w/ hooked up engines. My point is that you are watching a video where one car is clearly running hard and the other isnt. I would like to see another video of the box with a s/c tc. I like the cars - i dont like the video.

Yeah, what you said before with the xB needing 250whp....That would probably wax our car at least till 100mph.

Oh just wanted to add my 2 cents......SINCE I was also there....here is the picture I shot.....while it is blurring....I think you can still see the outcome.......I am pretty sure if you look close though......BIGFOOT is in the background next to the Lochness monster!!!

WTF is your problem??? Did I say something to offend you? And no you will not win everytime. I have raced a STi from a roll also he beat me, 400awhp does that to a 230fwhp car. Please enlighten me, how does one win everytime from a roll??? You must have one hell of a secret.
