Default Mabey a fix for the autos and F/IC? Need some peoples input!

I have an F/IC on my 06 auto. I found out the hard way that the TPS doesnt shut off untill you unplug the F/IC. Went out to start it the next day and nothing! My dad just looked at me Shaking his head and said damn I told you shouldnt put that turbo on it!

Anyway I see that there is a plug that goes too the TPS. I think there is 4 or 5 wires to the plug. Is one of them the power wire? Thinking mabey I could cut the power wire and place the power source to a switch that comes on with the ignition? Would this work or not?

If not has anyone or does anyone know someone who can fix this problem?

Chris

in theory your method should work, try it. I think this might have been solved by dezod.

you are on the right track...wire it to a relay tied to an IGN signal.

The reason for this is because one of the lead designers for the F/IC actually quit before the Automatic problem was fixed.

We are working with Browndogg on a fix, and should have some info for everyone fairly soon.
