Is Phase II on schedule for July 28th?

Yep, phase 2 is Friday if my headlights come in tomorrow, if not it'll be next week.

From 9lbs to 12 yes, a tune is needed. Also an intercooler is needed according to lundy. As far as gains nobody really knows as lundy is the only one to try it and he said that you couldn't tell gains for sure without an i/c because without it it didn't help much.

When adding a intercooler wouldnt you need to have a custom Pulley made like your set-up due to extra piping robbing psi?

 

Yeah, if it's an identical setup from what I can tell you'd need a 12lb pulley to get 9lbs at the engine. I'm thinking my belt that I have on it might be slipping though so I'm going to keep an eye on it. I might not have lost as much through the i/c as I thought but we'll see.

I think so. I mean you can ask Jonathan (Scionsouth) how much harder it pulled than the last time I took him for a ride and I was still running the same boost and the only new parts were the intake and the intercooler which wasn't flowing cold water like it was supposed to at the time.

 

Will the intercooler set-up you have be sold as a kit, or is it a one-off project?

Sorry if I missed anything in this thread, 20 pages is a lot to read through, I skimmed through most of it.

 

Right now it's one off. I guess later on if some others were REALLY interested I good look at getting my pipes duplicated and they could buy the kit. They'd also have to buy a bov and an emanage though.

 

The car pulls really hard, but at this stage it's hard to know which of the recent upgrades is making the biggest contribution.

However this no doubt in my mind that it is one of the fastest S/C tCs in the World and if it isn't the fastest it will be soon.

Curious about the numbers myself. Hell, I need to get mine dyno'd. Against my better judgement, I went ahead and bumped mine up to 9.5 and erm...I like it. A lot :p

 

UPDATE: When the demon eyes were being installed one cracked so a new one had to be ordered so the headlights are shipping out tomorrow. So I called Charles and the tune and injectors are being done either next Friday or Saturday. I know there have been many delays with this project but I can promise you all it'll be well worth the wait.

It's already being done now, probably is finished by now, lol. That's the first body mod I've done in a while but I've been wanting it done since I saw wedrivescion's headlights with them and the markers blacked out.
