All new gaskets were used through the whole install.....There was no turbo gasket which Paul assured me was fine and no down pipe gasket which Paul assured me was fine... Paul I was missing a couple of the manifold bolts which was not a big deal at all I got some a home depop for 17cence a piece.. the other thing I was missin was the S pipe bolts to the rest of my exhaust... once again not a big deal... I am just sad that I had to spend extra $$$ on something that I thought should be fine... On a high note Paul I have NEVER had a problem with you.... Every time I talk to you on the phone stuff gets done right.... I have called a number of times and talked to other people and I never get a definite answer.... I know your not always at your desk but when I make several request to have you call me back and you never receive them or you do and you just forget to call me back. it is very disappointing...I just want you to understand that it is unreasonable for a shop to loose a lift for a few days due to an error...not saying anyone in general but then the shop is loosing money to not just me. AS for the vacuum block Paul... Just send it to me please I have been fighting with you over this for over a week I have sent emails I don't know why your not receiving them I have sent 5 or6 from different emails just please.... your beating a dead horse Paul ... and please call me ASAP
^^No gasket for the turbo and no exhaust gasket? Every turbo kit I can think of has a gasket in those places. Oh well...there are good experiences, and then there are a few that slip through the cracks.

the top port is supposed to vent to atmosphere unless you're running a high boost application, while the bottom port is hooked into a vac source from your turbo or im

As to what you cannot talk about, I think I know what that is, or have a pretty good idea.
Other then that, you have a pm! don't want to argue over nothing as I am not on anyone sides here.

With respect to the bolts, once again.....1st I am hearing, and I appologize. Nothing I can do if I don't hear about the problem.
Truth be told, I am rarely at my desk now-a-days, and we are getting more phone support for the tons of calls that we receive. That I can not control due to my increased responsibilities and duties here at the shop.
As for the block, I have rules to follow and need documentation from you to do so. No exceptions! If it was YOUR card being used, I could have done it, but your using your mom's card.
Please give me a jingle Monday morning around 9:30AM EST.

Did you look at all of your parts prior to dropping your car off to get the kit installed? One of the things any of the mechanics I know does *PRIOR* to even putting any part on a vehicle is to ensure all parts/tools are there. If anything does not seem right they [the mechanic/technician] will call the customer prior to installing or proceeding further.
I do not want to sound like a Dezod nut-hugger so do not take it as such, but, by your "tuner shop" taken action by belt sanding the manifold, it's pretty much out of Dezod's hands.

Just a question for you, you do not have to answer them if you do not want to:
Did they sand down the manifold before or after you saw the high and low spots?
NOTE: I am not a part of Dezod Motorsports so I am not speaking on their behalf.
OH YEAH! I read that post about the dezod car blowing after tune, and then he ended up trading it in or whatever...dont' remember anything in there about a misinstalled vac line. But that WOULD explain the amount of engine damage as opposed to the given explanation of a "bad tune"

I thought that only applied to criminal cases? My fiance is in pre-law, and she said she wasn't 100% sure but also was leaning on the side of that it only applied to crimial cases as well.
Paul call me and I will use my check card if this is a big problem... I am Not in any way bashing Dezod..... I am simply amazed that there is only one person there who know any thing about customer service and being level headed (PAUL) and I just want to inform people of what they should look for if they choose to buy this kit. A Dezod employee... who will remain nameless just told me... "If I had a problem that I should post it on the form and do what I had to do but he couldn't help me" that is ____ty service.. Once again I am not bashing Dezod. I am simply disappointed
