looks good , I think u could have eliminated more of that surge if u would have put the BOV on the other side of the I/C . I see u got a clip of the compressor wheel , u have the maf in a blow through pipe close to the TB ?

 

ya the maf is a blow through so we have more room, it looks really nice ill get more pics today, and we wanted to be able to put the filter right on the turbo. also we have a GM 3 bar map sensor for tuning alone with the emanage

 

hey so you say you got this from ebay?? how much and did it come with EVERYTHING YOU NEED or is it missign pieces and you had to make them yur self?
because my frined got one for his civic from ebay and man he was missing alot of stuff and he had to make it him self

 

the only thing i got from ebay is the turbo and waistgate, everything else us all custom made

so if i buy that turbo a mainfold allready made and a wastegate what else do i need?

i want it to be like the stage 0 zpi very simple no intercooler nothing extra pretty much. how much you think im looking at.

good luck with this . hopefully the turbo does not blow up. But statistics have shown that these turbos will go as well as the the wastegates.

im thinking about treadstone manifold and down pipe. this turbo till i can afford a better one.
probly buy the waste gate that comes with the stage 0 zpi or a tial. what else do i need intake and oil lines. seems pretty easy

 

i would go to atp they have nice stuff...... and tial is the way to go.

but theres alot into a kit with ems and tuning

 

thats the thing. i wil be running under 5 psi no need. how much did they charge you for the custom stuff.

 

the only kit that runs with no ems is the stage 0 because of the size of piping and maf housing, i tried running with 5psi and no ems it doesnt work the car goes lean really fast
