Low boost and quick spool you'd go for the smaller of the trims.

There is a difference between TurboXS and XSPOWER.

TurboXS makes good BOVs, UTEC, MBCs, and a few other things:

In response to your internal gate setup:

Internal gates are nice and convenient but you won't get the better boost control with an internal vs. the external. Many internal gates are the reason for boost spike and creep.

sure is alot of silicone for that little stretch of piping.

What size intercooler piping are you running? also, what size inlet/outlet is the intercooler? seems pretty different in this pic! Also it seems you have used scraps of piping to complete your kit, why not get like 10 feet of pipe and have it bent to your needs. Not trying to flame, I will be building my own custom turbo kit as well just trying to help!

we used alot of bends just because they were around the shop and it was cheapest for now, the outlets of the intercooler are 2.5 and the piping is all 3in.

let us know how the turbo runs people say they last only hours...

I found a slightly used garrett t3 .42 .46 pretty cheap id rather go with that and change later .

dont hit any big bumps the pipes look ready to slip

my intercooler is 27x7x2.5 and fits with the crash bar

two new pics with tial wastegate installed, going to convert to an open dump tube today because the flanges are not exactly 90 deg so its making an exhaust leak
