and mike i do have support i have a flex pipe in my ____ing downpipe what are u talking about.. and i have the bracket connecting the downpipe to the block.. there was ZERO pulling on the manifold by my exhaust.

 

the fact that it has been rebuilt, i expect it to be weaker than it normally is.. yeah start over again or just get a new mani.. you motor mounts should help too this time

ptuning will not fit without modification to downpipe and intercooler piping... i just picked up a dezod mani off another member, will be putting it on. Car is still for sale 18,000 OBO. found my evo 9 :D

 

I asked him like 4 times if he ever had problems with the Manifold cracking at those HP levels, and I never got an answer.

 

 

I was texting him and he said he was ordering a p-tuning kit!!!!

 

if you dont mind send me your old one, ill send it back to ya...i just want to see if my skills make the difference.

o wow.. so the crack isnt even at the same spot.. its partially in the same spot but the crack is circling where the wastegate part comes out from the manifold... wow.. how the ____?

why not just buy a "treadstone" mani off ebay, same thing and can be had for 100 bucks, although im sure you would need to mod your downpipe and perhaps IC pipes as well, who knows
