Default My New Turbo Build

I was running the Dezod S1 kit, but a local shop that is known for modding Subarus wants to get in on make turbo kits for Scions. Well anyway I couldn't pass up the offer so they currently have my car and I should be getting it back by Thursday. After I do test the reliability of the kit the will be offering them to the public. Anyway here are some pictures.

The intercooler is just a mocked up intercooler.

Their kits are going to come with Garret Turbos, but I went with something different and went with a Mitsubishi TD06/TD07 Hybrid that they made. It is very similar to a Greddy T67 with a different hotside. The compressor is right between a 30r and 35r.

Sorry for the pic it's from a cell phone.

I will post more pics in the next few days once everything is done and hope to have a dyno sheet up within a week or so.

UPDATE 6/3

Ace- The bov is just mocked up. On the production version it will be welded onto the pipe.

Gunnist- As far as being certified what do you mean .. also I check exactly how long they have been tuning and modding, but I know it has been awhile. Until they get this kit completely done I will be relaying messages through them.

Dave- The manifold is an EL manifold

DezodDon- they did eliminate the stock crash bar however the fab a new piece of steel in it's place so you still have some support.

JSG93085- The manifold was made at the shop. I was there when they were working on it so it isn't just a manifold they bought. I am not even sure what the Megan manifold looks like, but I know this isn't one.

If anyone has any other questions feel free to ask.. I'll do my best to get an answer.

yeah i figured that bov isnt the final location, it would looks funny if the bov sits like that and would probably surge a bit.. blow thru map setup would be a nice option too so you can just slap a filter on the compressor inlet and get better spool
