First and foremost, if I am stepping on any toes by posting here please let me know so I can go through the proper channels to become a supporter or vendor of this site. That being said, I wanted to answer a few questions that were asked.
1. We are ASE Certified and are all ex-employees of Subaru and Toyota dealerships.

2. This manifold and copies of it are being sold and rebranded all over the web. This manifold is manufactured for us by the same company who makes our Subaru headers who also makes them for several other companies. By the time its on the car it has so much modification done to it for reflanging and turbo location that it might as well be custom but nonetheless it starts out as a Scion TC turbo manifold. It would be far too counterproductive to make one off manifolds for every kit. This works and if "it isn't broke, don't fix it".

3.The intercooler piping will be offered in a universal BOV configuration as well as a brand specific configuration. Out of the hundreds of intercooler kits we have sold I would venture to say nearly half of them went to customers who requested a different BOV flange. This problem is easiest solved by having a 1.25 nipple on the pipe that they can run to a 1.25 BOV adapter which is available for nearly every make of BOV on the market. This gives the customer the ability to change BOVs if they choose to.

4.We will offer this with your choice of a smaller core intercooler to retain the crash bar for all the sane people out there, but we will also be offering this "go big or go home" core option for those who dont care about the crash bar and want the big core. There will be a hefty disclaimer issued and signed with this option.

We are still finishing up the last pieces of the kit to get into production so if you have any suggestions please let me know. And to the Mods of the site:
I AM NOT SELLING ANYTHING JUST ANSWERING QUESTIONS ABOUT ONE OF OUR PRODUCTS! Thanks

Pretty sure they have already covered this issue.....anyway I just took the car on a 100 mile trip on the interstate. The car did excellent. I already noticed better gas mileage because the turbo spools a little higher in the rpms than most kits do. Still plenty of power through the rpms though. Even as big as the turbo is the boost is almost instant. Even in 5th gear going about 70mph on the interstate you can stomp the gas and instant boost.

Rob and the guys at CSS are very professional and top notch guys. (not just saying this because I have their turbo). They went out of their way to make me happy and got my opinion and feedback on everything they were doing. Do be afraid to throw ideas out there they are up for anything reasonable in the Scion community.

i hate to say it man but you didn't fab this at all. Sound performance (large shop in chicago that works on supras) developed a tc kit about 3 years ago and gave rights for megan to make a replica of their manifold. I'm just giving you the down low on that. I highly doubt you changed the flange and turbo location because if you did your dump tube / downpipe would have had better locations for better flow but it looks like you modified to FIT the megan racing. Plus if you were modifying the manifold and were making it "custom" (which i find hilarious that you're calling a megan manifold custom) wouldn't it have just been easier to make your own and be original? e

As as I stated in the earlier post, this manifold is made for us by a supplier who also makes other headers and manifolds for us. Anybody with enough cash to buy 30-50 of these could buy them and put their name on them. We most certainly do modify them and reflange them otherwise the 3 bolt flange that is clearly visible in the pics would not be on there.

We are completely capable of fabbing our own manifold each time we do a kit but the price would have to reflect that. We are going for a lower cost alternative that uses quality, name brand components without the hefty price tag.

rrimportracer, Thanks a ton for posting that! Im glad you see what Im saying. For anyone else who who is unclear on the subject I will reiterate it again. We buy these manifolds from a manufacturer who also makes them for other companies. We purchase the ACTUAL SS304 units not the cheap polished mild steel ones that break, and reflange them to change the turbo location and flange footprint. Its one way to keep the cost of this kit low without sacrificing things that actually matter. We have SS304 manifolds made by this manufacturer on our Subaru racecars that produce 500+WHP and have about 4x as much piping and welds and have never had one failure. I appreciate your concern but the skepticism is unwarranted in this case. I also want to say that I do not mean any of this maliciously and I apologize if I am coming across as argumentative but I just wanted to make sure we are all on the same page. Thanks again for your interest!

No problem! Always happy to see another contender in the FI world. Just trying to help you out here cuz this is a forum full of people that will give you crap about anything even if you post pics and videos of what you've done.

Since I'm no where near you guys how much shipped to 92503? I'm graduating in a few months and a new turbo kit is at the top of my list as soon as I get a job

Here is a dyno video I did this past weekend. The tune is still not anywhere close to being right and I put down 238hp and 250 lb of torque at 5100 rpm. I will have the dyno sheet up tomorrow. I talked to the tuner and once everything is worked out it should be putting down 300 hp
