they said the shaft came apart on the inside of the s/c. my scion dealer wont fix it cause they would have to take it apart. this whole s/c experience has just been a bad one for me. and i didnt listen about the header, so trd voided it. im just trying to get the car back to stock so i can sell it
trd is bs on the warrentie you get with the s/c it says puleys, bypass and fuel will void it not headers.

now, however, he does let people know for free, so if you ask him, he will tell you. how is that for a scion community?

I was told by TRD and other TRD techs that once the ECU is flashed with the new software, it cant be undone. I am not surprised if it can be undone, I'd just need to hear of some proof.

Greedy *LOL* Good luck with getting it back, I asked for a $5 donation if possible as it COST ME MONEY & about a week worth of searching to get that info. Have a good one! Greedy... sheesh *LOL*

oh so reflash can be undone? thats nice to hear cause what i've heard it cant and quite some people have been buying ecu. Hopefully someone can make a DIY and post it on the tech section.. but if you need to get new ecu you can get used for cheap

The dealer can flash it back, they just have to have the know how. The method I used was to link and and program a used / new ecu to work with your car. So you could grab one from a yard and toss it in the car and have it work.
