New Dezod turbo setup... NEW PICS - Installed and running!!
I'll do some videos in the next few days. Traffics been heavy lately because of construction and it's been rainy.
When the conditions are right I'll throw a couple up. I'm only running it at 8psi right now.

I talked with Paul about this and I'm still concerned about not water cooling it. If it were to burn up would Dezod warranty it though Innovative? Assuming I would be a responsible owner and let it warm up and cool down properly. This absolutely sounds like a nice step from a standard turbo. I wonder if and how much more of a gain it's going to put out at say 8psi, which is what I'm going to be running for a few months. Thanks for all the info Paul.

I had a similar question I sent to Sound Performance. They said that some of their Garret turbos are water cooled and would not be covered if ran without the being cooled. But hey, if Innovative says it CAN be ran dry, then I would assume they have no problems with backing up a turbo that has failed. Again, I'm just thinking of the worst case situation.
It can be run dry but I would still reccommend cooling it. I'm working on piecing together a kit to sell online for those who buy/upgrade to this kit. If you dont water cool, let it idle for at least 1 minute before you shut it down.
I'm going to place my order by Friday, maybe sometime next week by the lastest. I'm waiting for some funds to enter my account. Good looking out Joe. Let us know when you get that cooling kit up, running, and ready to sell.

My Sound performance kit is water cooled, runs like a champ. i still wait to let it cool down before turning it off, im **** like that. just has two pieces both with a banjo fitting to a 90 degree pie to an AN fitting. then it goes in-line with the throttle body.
Ok so here is what i would like to see... Shootout between innovative F2 in the same config as your Turbonetics S1 kit (w/BB). I would be very interested to see the results. I know it would help me out as far as making up my mind (im bad at that). So come on Joe and Paul lets see it
You can see on Joe's videos that switching turbos at 10.5psi, going from the S1 to the TEA, took .4 sec off his 1/4 mile. I believe the times were 13.8## to 13.4##. Now that was for a turbo that will not have the spool up time that this F2 should have. But I'm just speculating on this one. I'd love to see it too.
