I' havent seen your setup, im guessing your running some serious boost on a built block. That sounds like a nice sold setup - PTuning definatly knows what they are doing, have you talked to Dezod at all?

How you figure? Doesn't take an intake manifold to make 450-500whp. Heck even 500+whp.

I just removed the fuel system on our tC yesterday, we are in the process of getting details sorted for production. Factory fuel pump feeding a swirl pot and inline fuel pump feeding to fuel rail as I know only exists on one tC

Nice setup from the sounds of it. Dan Gardner for the past year or so has been running something VERY similar in his RR tC. He has Walbro 255 in tank feeding to a "swirl pot" then 3 in line BOSCH pumps feed to the rail with return line. Toyota Motorsports built, designed and fabricated.

Paul...no more Walbro...three Bosch 044 inline 300 lph pumps. FP of 60 psi at boost. 17 gal capacity. Return system with AEM FPR. Three different pickups...zero fuel starve. Many other revisions as well.

so the return line goes to the tank on his set-up? that is common yes. what is different about the fuel system on our tC from what you described is the return line runs to the swirl-pot and aides to airrate(sp) the fuel in the pot. then another line is used to run the over-flow from the pot to the tank, which reduces turbulance and aides to the swirl affect in the pot (along with return fuel entering side of pot).

why use such big injectors? with a return system u wont need that big.. only reason why we need huge injectors for higher hp app's is because we dont have a regulator
