Im assuming you ment because WE DO have a regulator. its in our tank attached right to our fuel pump.

My goal is around 400-450 whp.

not sure what your goal is..

he is running a 1.7 bar spring. I think that is 20-22 psi? 900cc should be great for that boost range. The purpose of the rising rate fuel pressure regulator is primarily used to keep a consistent fuel pressure and raise the pressure linear to boost. You should relate your injector size to estimated whp, not rely on bumping up the fuel pressure because that is secondary and considered a fine adjustment.

We'll be releasing our competition return-style fuel system very shortly here. This will be the same setup as the one on our Ptuning TA tC. We'll try to post the CAD drawing of our fuel rail and FPR setup. This system will cover 99% of the forced induction tC as well as eliminate fuel starvation during hard cornerning/acceleration for anyone looking to road race, drag race or autox their tC.

We are testing out a return system, a little different:

From Walbro
To -6line
To Fuel split block
To Feed Fuel rail - Primary
Also Feed Fuel rail - Secondary
Return from Fuel rail - Secondary
To Fuel pressure regulator
To -6 line
To tank

It's pretty sick. I'll be making a quick thread about it when I get back in town.

Anyone thought of running a fuel cell? That's what I want to do.

Not for me, since I'm tracking the car. Would LOVE to have a fuel cell setup.

There is a lot of safety BS involved with a fuel cell setup

A new wave of vids about to come out. I would like to think I was the first to make a library of street vids taking down various cars in the tC. Now about to comprise my library with vids like some bad ___ 2 step launch control + spitting fire ***** and launching at the drag strip. That and hitting rubble strips at the Time Attack.

If you took a look at my gallery now, you will see the transition has already started to take shape. With a handful of Autox videos from the Z, and my Crew's tC's.

An improper fuel cell system WILL be more dangerous than a factory system. If you choose to do this, do your homework, have a qualified race shop do the work, and don't scrimp.

We avoided the fuel cell for complexity and weight reasons.

def. gona be watching this im designing a fuel return setup now too i took out my fuel rail the other day, trying to decide if i wana drop money n get an aftermarket one or just drill away at this one.

heres my rail w/ my 550ccs

i have the walbro 255 already, gona look into getting rid of the 550s for what? im thinking 750cc its gona be a built motor so im looking to make as much power as i can so 750s may be not what im looking for but i heard going bigger than 750 makes tuning our cars tough. next on the shopping lists an aeromotive fpr def watching this thread lets make it the ultimate guide to the ultimate fuel setups for our tCs on boost.....n/a people go away!! lol jk jk
