New SC project - Intercooler
Update, I am back in piece again and up and running. Once I have put some miles on the engine I will head back to the dyno to see where I am. My idle still needs some tweaking but it is running good, so hard to stay out of it during break in period. Will post up dyno results at that point.
Retuned on unichip and running great but still an idle issue which may cause me to relocate the primary O2 bung on my aftermarket header. Made a few less HP on these runs but it was 106(hot) out. Pulls great and I am very happy and once I get this idle issue sorted out everything will be great but I am driving it and starting to rack up the miles and wear down the tires.
Interesting...sometimes I have a low idle, low enough to stall it. Car is at the shop right now...serpentine belt decided to fly off the pulleys so their seeing why it does it. He aligned the pulleys but it still isn't sitting right

When I had that issue the idler bearing was starting to go. I destroyed 2 belts before I found the small amount of play in that bearing.
Sorry if i'm asking many questions. I actually just put a S/C on in the beginning of April. It's been running just fine then the belt decided to fly off yesterday. My only other concern is at idle it knocks a little but it seems normal from what i've read.
hy Not sure why you think knock is OK. At idle the blower can be noisy but they should be no knock.
How's the long term review on this? Any issues with heat soak? Is this your DD? There is a lot of debate on the internet on w2a efficiency, and I was wondering what your results are for this particular setup(I have similar plans). I would think at the very least this would keep the charge pipe temp down to give more consistent power.
