Default odd s/c noise please HELP!!!! update

ok so i installed me s/c about a week ago, scrapped the trd reflash and went straight to a AEM F/IC, had dezod build me a base map and everything runs fine, a little rich but going to get tuned later this week.

my only issues now are my s/c is not making the normal whistling fluttering sound like most of them do it sounds like these s/c's

***SORRY FOR BORROWING YOUR VIDEOS tc4italy and Nick06tc if you have any problems with it please lmk and i will remove them thanks!

and here is what mine sounds like, you can notice the normal s/c sound but also a clanking metal to metal sound as if there is oil starvation

i'm thinking it might be the bearing and considering the rebuild kit that kikcaffeine sells and ripping this sucker apart and doing it, the s/c is used btw and to my knowledge is the same s/c that GARAGE1217 had pulled apart and had upgraded all the internals on so i'm wondering what it could be. the cars runs strong starts up fine idle's ok and everything its just that sound is worrying me

***i'm also having trouble with my bpv i have the forge splitter and i'm wondering is it supposed to be partially open at idle and push out air? i believe the person i bought it from had it to the tightest setting so i'm wondering if i should loosen it a bit because it makes the normal noise through shifting 1st and 2nd but 3rd it stays open and continues to makes noise, j/w if thats normal?

other than that the car runs fine but i'm scared to get tuned this week if the bearing is bad any input please!!! thanks

1 - did you ask the last owner what it sounded like?

2 - did you ask garage1217 what it sounded like and what work was done?

The Splitter will always be open or fluttering at idle and partial boost situations.

I only changed out the seal on that persons SC. I did no other mods to it. Seemed to be in good condition from memory but that was well over a year ago.

Follow my old advice with the sc from my very old sc post. Run at least 10w30 oil in the car and also try the oem bypass or a sport 110 bypass. Or go to a softer setting on the 007. See if you still get the metallic sound running thicker oil.

Also find out were the metallic sound is coming from, is it the pulley side bearings or the sc housing?

Last check the filter screen on the sc, make sure it is clear of crap.

from what i can hear it is coming from the sc housing itself, it sounds like there metal to metal scraping or clicking i know that the s/c normally is suppsoed to make that whistling clicking sound but this sounds a bit worse and if you are looking at the s/c you can hear 2 different sounds, the normal one and the one that i think is the bearing, i'm going to try running the stock bpv for a bit, but i believe that my splitter is on too tight so i will see what happens i am going to park the car for a couple of days and avoid driving it because i have another car to drive so i'll stay away from it for a bit until i figure it out any other peoples input please help bump!

update: starting searching around the s/c more in the dayligt to see if anything was loose that could be rattling, i find a small leak of oil from the compressor housing to the shaft so i decide to check some of my bolts and stuff, one of the three that bolt the shaft to the housing itself was not properly torqued down so i hope this solves that leak it did quiet down the s/c a little bit though, then my father tells me i have an oil leak and points to where my car was parked last so i climb under my car and realize that my oil pan has a tiny leak it in...great, so now i have two leaks and crappy bearing not sure what to do considering having the entire thing ripped out and selling it, any suggestions?
