I'm choosing to not release all the specs on the intercooler until we're closer to completion. It supports a little over 300whp on an intercooler small enough to allow your radiator to breath, and with minimal lag or pressure drop.

On that note, and I'll be adding this to the sponsored sales section as well... We're already stocking the Street clutches (341wheel tq capacity). They'll be shipping out first thing next week. We have the first batch.

It's a staggered setup because we're trying a high velocity setup vs just a larger free flowing pipe. Both pipes are over 2", we'll leave it at that. When I get everything mounted and we're in the testing phase, I'll throw the real specs on the web. Thanks.

As of right now we're going back to a log manifold for the Stage 1. We were going to use a tubular based setup for the stage 1, but a lot of people have PM'd me about price concerns and I don't want to blow the bank on the stage 1. It will still perform very well because of the higher quality collector, but save a lot of money. The flanges from the CNC shop were supposed to be done last week but we still don't have them, the company is the only thing holding us from finishing development, and the final stage of getting random tech to finish our charge pipes.

thats probably a good idea to keep costs of the stage 1 kit down. then offer an upgrade to the tubular manifold if individuals want. assuming you are making a stage 1 with a tubular manifold so you will have them around anyway.

Think there will be a possibility for a tubluar manifold or maybe even an alphawerks manifold upgrade for stage1?

We'll offer our tubular manifold for the stage 1 later. As of right now, the Alphawerks one won't be used. We had an order with them, but after some discussion they said the manifold doesn't fit right and they don't want to release one until they redesign it. So I think using our own will be safer.

Thanks. As a quick update seeing how it wasn't worth bumping before...

My tC placed 1st overall for the 3rd show in a row, and it's not even turbo'd yet. I wont best in show, and 2 best Scion trophies.

We got one manifold back, but it was for a different engine we were working on. The tC one will definately be done this week.

cant wait to see this kit all mounted up. are you using an adapter for the oil return like zpi or will you be having people weld bungs to the oil pan?

zpi is no longer going with an adapter plate..they are sending out oilpans with the flange already welded in

We're supplying you with everything you need to properly tap the oil pan, along with great directions on just the oil return itself. It's a unique system, but doesn't require welding. There's no plate, just a really smart fitting that will not leak, and save both of us money.

So, how difficult will this kit be for an average guy whose only done suspension work to install in his own garage?
You said no welding, but is that for the whole kit? What about drilling or cutting? Will it be neccessary to get it installed at a shop?

What about the downpipe? Will it be included and does it bend around things alot or is it relativly straight?
