Default REBUILD TIME NEW PROJECT

yo whats up everyone....as u all know i have the greddy kit....and i think its time i started a new project like a few other people.....im rebuilding the engine....pistons and rods...etc...and getting a bigger turbo..........looking to make some nice numbers by the end of the winter....400+whp if i can get it up there....i already start ordering a few things....i will keep everyone up to date on my upgrades over the winter....

You still planning on using the greddy kit for this project? I don't think that you can acheive 400+ with the greddy kit.

What happened to the oil problem you had before? was it the turbo or rings?

Good luck with the project and keep us posted.

Im getting a new turbo.... and better 1 i think im going with the gt35r.....

oil problem is being taken care of.....it was my turbo its pushing all the oil out.... the motor is fine.... nothing wrong with it... i have a leak down and compression test done.....i should be getting the parts this week

Good to hear that it wasn't your motor. Were you able to get another turbo thru greddy or a shop fixed the turbo for you?

Good to hear that it wasn't your motor. Were you able to get another turbo thru greddy or a shop fixed the turbo for you?

I havent touched the turbo its still in my car.....i just cant be flooring it beucase then the turbo spools and leaks oil....its only when im spooling....so i can just drive it to work and home or whatever.....greddy wants 1800 for that same turbo.....i was like yea ok for 1800 i will just get a better turbo....plus...i dont want to fix it its not the same....i would rather just get a new 1

The greddy manifold is t25. GT3071r is more my style.

yea i dont knoe what turbo for sure im going with but i need to make up my mind by monday because i want to order the turbo monday
