I had my s/c installed by longo toyota maybe a little over a week ago. Lately the past few days I have been noticing a rough idle mostly when first starting the car. On a cold start the rpm's will start at around 1K and make its way up to 2K then back down to about 500, however when it idles at 500, the car gets really rough and feels as though its going to stall.

I haven' thad teh car stall on me yet, but on a cold start after it warms up, it feels like it will. Does anybody experience the same thing??? I have been letting the car warm up for a minute or two before driving, is that a good idea?

P.s. There are no other engine mods , everything stock + s/c + catback.

 

mine idles the same way on first start of the day, i think it's normal.

 

Mine is smoother now than it was without the s/c. Your issue doesn't sound like a huge problem but it also doesn't sound normal imo.

That happens to me seldom lol, I dont have the s/c so its probably normal, probably occurs more with the s/c.
