I have the reflash and I am running plenty safe ( I have a wideband ) infact I need to pull fuel from the top end.

Um, to clarify, running at 9.5 psi with the reflash is considered safe by many. 9.5 psi without the reflash will be far too lean and will hurt your motor. I hope thats what you meant.

so if i ran the injen cai with the stock pulley i should be fine right? someone i know is selling theirs and i wanna know if i install it on stock boost if i may have to tune, BTW i dynoed my car stock SC and another run with the HC trap removed and trd high flow filter and i was running a little richer down-low, resulting in a 2 whp increase.

you would be more than fine with the stock pulley and the injen intake...the 9.5 psi pulley is what brings it to the border edge of running lean
