Has anyone tried heating then removing the cap off the pulley? I'm thinking of getting the new pulley but wanted to be able to switch it out with the original for any warranty work.

 

If you wait Im sure someone is gonna make a black colored pully so it still looks stock and then you can get away with it. Other than that I think you should call McGeorge or Sparks and see if they can order one for you cause Im sure it has an individual part number.
