I removed the static in-tank regulator about a year ago when I made the fuel return system. I completely removed the static in-tank regulator and installed a plug in its place (just threaded the hole as it was and installed the plug) so I would only regulate pressure with the Aeromotive 1:1 up front
I will try and take a picture of the plug tomorrow.

I cant see pictures here at work because of the web blocker so excuse my question if its already been addressed. That was an issue I ran into when I did the return line setup on my boosted xB...I had the aeromotive adjustable 1:1FPR, perrin fuel rail, walbro 255 etc for my return setup, but the in tank regulator would not allow for more than 45-48 psi of fuel pressure. With it completely removed, the pump will not flow at all. I have heard of using a ball bearing blockoff to replace the in tank reg with, and at that point, fuel pressure is whatever you desire it to be

At this point I don't remember why this next part has another plug and if it was already there from the beginning or if I moved it .... I will take a look at it tomorrow!

Well, enough of the old setup and in with the Twin pump Walbro setup...........
Today I completed the Custom Fuel block

Guys let me know what you think of the fuel block. Remember this block was design because of the space limitations inside the fuel pump unit!!
Now I just have to make sure the pumps reach inside the tank the same distance as the OEM setup.

that looks awesome Pito, is the Mechanic Pito part actually engraved in the block or did you just overlay the text for the photo's. I can't really tell from the last one since it's kinda far away. (I'm talking about the bottom most picture)?
Looks awesome though.

WORD OF ADVICE!!!
you can't run 2 walbro fuel pumps (or any fuel pump for that matter) with them so close to one another.
I don't know if that the final setup but your going to need to insulate those walbros so they don't go crazy. with the magnets in each pump being so close they'll start acting weird.
Like I said, don't know if that is your final setup but your going to need to insluate those with fuel pump foam sock or something to that effect

You know, that magnetic ____ didn't even cross my mind! How do the supras and other cars do it then?
Would an insalator sock really resolve the issue that might arise? The socks are just foam that are able to withstand fuel aren't they? Maybe i'm wrong, idk. I would thing the magnetic energy would still pass thru foam. Let me hear some more about this, bc i'm going to use 2 walbro pumps too.

I designed the block so that the pumps themselves never touched one another and had a rubber isolator ready to prevent any vibrations but it was only for vibration and not because of the magnetic field of the pumps. I might need to fully isolate them to prevent problems.
Time will tell!!

I been searching and reading and I can't find nothing like that. Could you post the link.
