thats a lot of money for their stage 1 and 2 setups....I think with my rail, pump, lines, earls fittings and aero fpr I was at about 600 custom pieced together on my project xB-t....granted they are using the aero inline pump which costs a few bucks

take a look at this guys setup. he has the pump spaced a little bit apart and has foam around them.. I did the same thing

on a side note I don't recommend dual pumps. i use to run a dual setup before i really had knowledge on them. If you tune your car and say one day your boosting and one of your pumps fail your never going to know and there is a chance of going lean.

this depends if the amount of power your running can be supported by one walbro. these pumps have been known to be hit or miss as far as reilablility is concerned.

I highly recommend the bosch 044 fuel pump. it's one pump made by bosch (good brand) and will support over 700hp.

i'm not ******* your setup, just trying to throw a word out there

No problem, criticism is good as long as it is expressed in the right way !!

The power we want to make is not achievable safely on one Walbro alone so the reason for two.
If while boosting one of the pumps dies it will be very difficult (not to say almost impossible) to know but that is a chance we will have to live with . On a side note if the Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator fails while boosting then I will go lean too and it doesn't matter if I have one, two or three pumps !!
I haven't seen or heard of failing Walbro's even when everybody use them but I have had experience with more than one Aeromotive Regulator failing because of broken internal spring. So I really hope nothing goes wrong.
I completely understand the problem you are talking about even when you haven't posted the links and I haven't found any info about the specific problem you are warning us about.

Anyway i will see what kind of insulation I can fit in there that can withstand the gasoline without turning into debris .

On the link you gave the guy installed two pumps but i think he used the same line as stock to feed fuel outside of the fuel pump assembly. Did I missed something?? Cause I think it somehow limits the hole purpose of using two pumps. Much like the new fuel rail designed by AllianceAutoSports in which the fuel rail itself is a -6 in its internal diameter so no matter if you have a -8 feed line you are going to restrict it before reaching the injectors which is the place where you really need the extra volume!!

Holy hell Stage 3 fuel setup!!! $1500 is way to much for that stuff! i wont have anywhere near that much in my fuelset up, and its bad ___!

nice find on the links guys! that link with all the dif fuel parts for sale is awesome! everything is dam chap too! i might be buying stuff from them chortly. that dual setup is crazy, but i would prefer to have both pumps on at the same time, all the time.

Pito-- you got any updates on the pump/fuel block setup?

Not really. I finished the block: at least the part where the fuel flows thru. Tomorrow I will continue and make some brackets to hold the Pumps in place tied to the fuel block. The pumps have to be held tight as there will be a lot of pressure against the block once both pumps start flowing.

After that I will wire the pumps and if possible give them a try in the bench ! Then of course I have to install the -8 line from the tank to the fuel rail and probably move the Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator from the fuel rail to the frame of the car as the space is very tight where it is now (end of fuel rail) and very difficult to connect the return line to it with all the other stuff that surrounds it.

I have been doing other stuff as Money was tight this week ...

I am back in business today and all the weekend (less tomorrow) will be for ScionGT35R's car . I am about to buy some more fittings ( yes, even more of the red and blue expensive ones) and a 1/2' NPT thread tap .

^ oh yea - ha. I feel ya with the money situation - I dont know what its like in PR but NJ is surely not the cheapest state to live in ..... Its funny because in my other parts of the USA (minus a few states) the cost of living is cut by around 1/2.

PR has one of the highest State Tax. 7%.
