i'm curious on how much timing is being pulled and the total timing advance under boost. do you have any ideas? i'm guessing in the neighborhood of 18-20 degrees.

are you using the ultimate for all your tuning needs?

Thanks guys Intense is going a little more hardcore with the tuning after checking things out on the super safe tune... that should net some really killer numbers... wait until you guys see what this kit can do at just 8 psi

at 5.8 psi when I was testing it out she made full boost at 4200rpm on a stock exhaust. When the new boost controller was installed it seemed like it made full boost sooner for some reason and it felt like 3900-4000rpm. When boost hit, it hit like a train. Cannot wait to free up all the exhaust flow to see what she does.

Depends if you have your foot into the gas at 80mph When i would nail it in 5th at 80mph, boost was instant and she would pull hard to whatever I wanted.

oh ok well i think thats too much lag for me i want something that spools around 2800 or so i need a badassss kit like this one but with a smal turbo, big laggy turbo dont work out in the streets here where i live by the time big turbo spools the lil one are gone and then is catch up and thats not good, do you know if they are offering different turbos like a small one??

At first glance you might think this setup is laggy but it is far from it. She is making boost well under then 4K rpm, just not full boost. It actually is a blessing in the tc were at this HP level traction is very limited. Even with what you think is lag, she destroys tires through 3rd gear with ease. If your on the street, you will not notice it at all as first and second geat fly by so fast it is crazy and it rips all the way through 5th.

Also "lag" is often a confused term. The way I view lag is when you mash the throttle and it takes a long time for a turbo to build boost. This is NOT the case with the 3076R. Say your cruising down the street and just decide to punch it, the boost gauge swings hard and fast close to the responce I had with the SC which suprises me. When your driving on the street and shifting, your usually doing so at around 3200-3500rpm anyways, second you hit the gas, the needle simply slams hard. I am used to useing older big turbo technology on DSM's and older toyotas were you mash it, and the gauge swings slow to the top and then pulls hard. This is the exact opposite, this thing blows me away!

As soon as I can I will snag a video of the gauges as this thing responds to throttle input. I think it will put a HUGE grin on your face!

Also if you check out the dyno, down low were you play on the street, she is making 200lbs of torque at 3100 rpm hahaha. That is what you want to have down low more than hp.

Then by 3800rpm she is already nailing +200whp! Just somthing you would have to feel to experience!

Soon as I knowm you will know It is coming very very soon. Just keep in mind that this is not a bargain basement ebay turbo kit. This is more on the lines of a street / race setup, what you see on my ride was built to be Intense powers stage 3 setup. This is not the entry level kit as Intense wanted to start with a the best, and make smart compromises in mid level kits. So in short, I hope you guys are not expecting or dreaming you will only pay $3800 for this turbo kit as you see it This setup is the sickness and around triple the man hours are needed to produce it over say a stage 0 or 1 from other companies.

I can assure you on the mid level kits, the performance will be KILLER and much more affordable when the prices are released.

It is not difficult if you have experience with other kits or larger scale engine bay work, but this is a full street / race setup. There are some small modifications needed such as cutting out part of the crash bar as the intercooler is a monster. A smaller intercooler that will not need the cutting is being talked about but as stated, this is basically a stage 3 setup which installs suprisingly easy!

The mid level kits will be every bit as easy and time consuming as any other kits on the market.

i guess you do make sence plus if traction is so bad with that much power your gonna need some time to get a grip the full boost kicks in i guess this is still the best kit outthere bump for great kit i jus hope it wont cost half an arm and part of the other one if you know what i mean. lol
