Ok, I need you guys opinion on some tires. As you know from following the thread, Im getting a set of those 18x9.5+38 RPF1's. Im looking into getting a set of tires that will provide as much street grip as possible in a size that wont look like a mud grapler tire. I know for the power Im making, not tire is gonna be all grip and go but I'd like to cut down on the tire spin from 20-30 rolls as much as possible. Below are some links to some possible ideas. Lemme know what you think as far as looks (trynna be as flush as possible w/out sacrificing 2 much) and performance.

Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials 245/40/18
http://4wheelonline.com/Products.asp...oductId=243191

Nitto NT01 235 or 225/40/18
http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...ance&tmn=NT-01

Nitto NT05 235 or 225/40/18 (Dont make NT05 R smaller than 315/1
http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...ance&tmn=NT-01

Nitto Invo 235 or 225/40/18
http://4wheelonline.com/Nitto-INVO-U....137946.463737

If you have any other tire suggestions, post 'em up!
Also, these will only be goin in the front and I am on coil overs now. The rear's are most likely getting Nitto Neo Gens 235 or 225/40/18

Actually found a set of the exact rims Im getting with 245/40/18! How does it look?

Go with the 245's the 235 will be stretching the tire a bit and won't provide as much grip. 245 is good for those rims and you def don't wanna do 225's up front since u have a fwd car lol

Yea, so If I went 245, I'd def get the mickey's since that's the smallest they come in. And they should hook pretty damn good

sheesh if it were me with that wide of a rim i would stick atleast a 255 on it. thats wat im putting on my dg specs enkeis. and i have heard plenty of good things about the nt01s but the tire wear is pretty much gonna suck on any of these tires and if you plan on stretching and running negative camber your gonna be spendin lots of money on rubbers.

^ I kinda planned to only have these tires last me through summer.
And I think Im kinda leaning in the direction of nt05's 235/40/18. Since I dont plan on swappin out rims/tires. I dont wanna be caught in the rain with freakin DR's... that would suck

Small update... had a lil mix up with my filter. Got it sorted, and it came in today. Gray is actually a lil darker and matches the wrap well

I dont think Nick ever got into it... you can PM him and ask though

And rain is what Im afraid of the most... why Im thinking I should go with NT05's. I dont plan on swapping these tires out at all for spring/summer and I know Im gonna eventually get caught in the rain. lol I wonder exactly how dangerous is it...

Never found it... made like 3 or 4 passes on both sides of the highway to find it. Im assuming that since that thing weighs like nothing it probably blew far far away
