Are you planning on having an interior? Cant remember if you ever said any thing about gutting it or not.

Im having a really hard time trynna pick between 225's and 235's Im not really sure if 235's are gonna make any difference at all in grip so should I just go with the 225's for looks? Or will I run into trouble with blowing them since I like to race my car?

there is an old poniac comercial that sums this up. "wider is better"
After looking at the specs on it, in a race setup, it would be able to control the 2az, provided you convert to a mechanical throttle. I dont think you could retain the stock ecu functions such as tach, drive by wire, cruise control, ac, etc.
