whocares05050 had one before he brought the car back to stock and traded it in. I don't know how much of a difference it made but it was from ZPI so probably didn't do crap. I do remember him saying he would of put the money into something different if he knew better.

I say buy rods and pistons and build the short block first. There has yet to be any proven gains released with a pnp head on N/A or basic turbo tc.

thats not 100 percent accurate etsnet.... before i went all i had a p&p head (done by myself) built and it was extreamly successful... got an average of 10-15+ hp NA just minor tuning and stock block...

it is a worth thing to do.. how ever i suggest anyone who is doing it to find a GOOD ems to tune it... it will run very rich...

I know ZPI was prob junk but i cant see how a pnp wouldnt help. and cars with a turbo would deff. get a hp increase.

He didnt say a p&p head wouldnt do anything. He said ZPI's head prolly do anything. haha

I'll agree with him and say spend the money better at first and build for more boost....but any tC will do better with a nice p&p job. I know I wanna do it but I'm going to do piston and rods first. So when I do build my head I can rev it out high
like I wanna do without having to worry about anything else.

^ Yes I meant that ZPI pnp probably didn't do crap but that was more sarcastic. Any pnp head will give you something. It's whether or not it's worth the money when you can spend it on something to help you get even more power (like building the short block).
