The oil return line goes only from the s/c to the oil pan thats it. as for running the supercharger with just unichip i think it should be fine if tuned to the s/c map if i am wrong someone else chime in.

I wouldn't bother with flashing the ecu, just get a piggyback and you will get more out of it than with the reflash.

Yes, the return line is meant to go back into the oil pan that was supplied as part of the TRD supercharger kit.

Yes, the oil return line goes into a tapped fitting at the front of your oil pan. As for the piggyback, I've used the AEM FIC and the emanage ultimate with great success for two different setups. For an entry level piggyback, I'll go as far as saying the FIC is as good as it gets for the price.

It isn't the best option but it gets the job done. I use it successfully and I am running more boost that stock trim.

kidbarillas i think u should be ok using a high temp oil hose line with good clamps on it i mean the trd sc return line hose is metal in the center and both ends are rubber hose made just make sure it wont hit anything then you should be good also i rec. use aem fic or greddy ult. instead of unichip im flashed with the trd map right and runnning greddy eman. but i think you ll be fine tuning it with out the trd map on aem fic or greddy eman. ult. all the turbo guys do it.. so y not.

AZguy are you running 14psi right now? if so what sized belt and brand are you using. and also is your shaft mod.?

I am running the Gates k070901 which is slightly smaller than the NST recommendation but it isn't remotely stressing my tensioner and I can actually get this belt locally to win win.

I am running the 55mm pulley but I was seeing peaks of 14 psi on the dyno. I do have the upgraded shaft, new bearings and greased pulley side.

It is a group buy so get in soon. We need like 2 more people before they get made and sent out.
