the 05-06 header will fit on the 07, so i would make a safe assumption that the 05-06 turbo manifold would to.

And you're doubting Dezod's post? They DO manufacturer turbo kits. I'd imagine they would know.

Im not doubting Dezod, but from the looks of it, the header did change but if the block did not change, a turbo manifold would work on an 07.
Redesin of a header doesnt mean redesign of the exhuast ports on the head.

The runners of the manifold changed, not the flange. 05-06 turbo manifolds will work on the 07.

im assuming you plan on boring the head to get a higher rev point. Bekuz if you dont you will hit that rev limit so fast you wont even really be able to get the full use of the turbo. I have a slightly larger turbo then people have seen from ZPI and Dezod and i hit boost at about 3500 and within a sec im having to shift. Only gear you really enjoy it is really 3rd.

i wish i had a dealership like that around here....

good luck with that, i believe you can make it work...possibly even a TT setup...would be difficult, but do able..

I figured that since boost would come on so early (due to the Supra's first turbo spooling up so early) that I wouldn't have to raise the rev limit.

Wouldn't boost be present from around 2K, maybe a bit less?

With running only one of those turbos on a tC motor you should be able to hit about 4-5.5psi at 2000rpms. That's a good amount in my book. This is in a higher load gear though (4th and 5th). I'd say that in 2nd gear you'd hit peak boost before 3000rpms.

I'd trust Dezod on what they tell you...they know what they're talkin about.


That would be a mean set-up for a bottom end tC....not much top, but you could get off the line easy

but the tC already has enough low end with a n/a setup...wouldn't you want a set up that has more high end for drivability purposes?

you can always use more in anywhere...bottom or top...

just a nice bottom end would be a great demo car....everyone would be like "holy cow that thing takes off quick..."

It'd be more like, "Holy cow that thing will burn through its tires for days before moving more than a a yard or two."
