So ive heard mixed responses on the warranty issue with the TRD supercharger. Lets just put it into my direct example: Ive got an 05' tC with 25K miles and im looking at the TRD SC SOLELY because of the warranty and the amount of driving I do everyday with this car. I just want to have a little fun, I realize the turbos potential, maybe ill reconsider based on the answer to my question. How does the TRD SC effect the toyota warranty. I would have it installed by Toyota because they gave me a good price and I apparently keep the powertrain warranty. If I hit 60K miles on this car will that mean the SC and car are no longer covered? Ive heard the warranty is extended with the SC from TRD or something? Is that just the SC? thanks for the help in advance.
