everything seems to be right, somethin definatly isnt right. i just ordered the same but new bov and gonna try it and see what happens if still the same problem then i dont know what the hell to do.

someone tell me this though. i have the wastegate line hooked up to the same vac line as the bov and the boost gauge, would that mess up or cause any of this? and where is another vac line I could use if there is one. if theres another one let me know exactly where its at with a pic or somethin so I can get into it and see whats going on. Appreciate it very much

yes and no. im fortunate enough to be close to a very good shop. in fact they use to make manifolds for dezod's kit. so as long as the kit is "bolt on" i can get them to fix it for me. but ur right, as always u get what u pay for.

for vac lines:

wastegate spliced into the vac line between the intake manifold and the valve cover.

bov / boost spliced into the run from the throttle body -> maf sensor. that should fix your problem.

alright but I dont understand that part with the vac line between the intake manifold and the valve cover. the bov and boost i got right so its just the wastegate. if you can just explain to me where that vac line is between the intake manifold and the valve cover cause im dumb with it lol. is it that big ___ hose that went from the top of the engine to the regular cai I used to have before the turbo or its something else?? appreciate it alot for real on the info

the Treadstone eliminates that hose, so you can't do that. Mines the same way...so is the ZPI kit.

But I have a vacuum block so I have the same vac line tapped for my WG, BOV and boost gauge with no issues. 19-22 negative in vac is normall, at least that's where my gauge reads.

By the way, mines tapped into that back line that runs a hose on teh driver side, then to a pipe across the back of the bay, and then back to a hose that goes down behind the passenger side somewhere.

I think you are looking further down. Mine is up higher.
In tis pic, the yellow circle on the left is the line we tapped (but we tapped it on the driver side)
The yellow circle on teh right, right on where the intake connects to teh throttle body, is where Dezod suggest tapping in their instruction manual:

If you look at this pic, my vacuum block in on the left, and if you follow the yellow arrows (yeah, MS Paint...whatever!) to the right, you can see where it goes in and where we actually tapped it.

im ready to throw this ____ in the garbage lol. alright i have no clue on what else to do. i have the wastegate hooked up to that back vac line like you posted meaty, now I have exactly 19-20 in vac which is perfect. But on the vac line from the throttle body up, i have the boost gauge teed in, and up a little more I have the bov teed in also, and then there is another t where I previously had the wastegate hooked up to all on the same line. Now on the t where I had the wastegate, the t is still there and the connector is open so I can hear the vac sucking out of that. if I cover it up it feels like the car is going to stall and the vac gets a little higher. also on the bov line there was a t on it with a loose end so it could recieve more air to keep my vac down. after all of this im still getting the surge. is there anything else possible to fix or is the bov screwed up?? and meaty much thanks for the pics that really helped me out.

LOL, welcome to the boosting non-boosted car club. its the nature of the beast bro. Pony up the $$ and take it to a performance shop that knows about this stuff and let them look at it. Don't take a "i'll figure it out on my own" approach. this is the EXACT reason i had a shop install it that have experence with boosting cars.

no prob.
I could be wrong but I dont' think you should have any open t's on the vac lines.
did it always sound like that? or only after you put it back on after the warantee repair?

Wow...then you've always had a problem, and you should take it to the shop.
But then again, I havent' seen any boosted auto tCs in person, so I'm not sure how diff it would be.
