Default turbo tc, the lowdown b4 the teardown

so last march i boosted my 05 tc, i didnt want to go with a turbo kit because 1, i didnt have $4k to drop on a kit and 2, because i wanted to do everything myself. the car has been running great for over a year. but now my financial situation has greatly improved i will be doing a complete teardown and rebuild.
heres my current setup

t3/t4 t04e 48/50 ar ebay housing w/ garrett rebuild........$250
tial 38mm wastegate.................................................$250
turbosmart megasonic dual horn bov............................$250
deastchworks pnp 550cc injectors...............................$380
aem fic...................................................................$400
treadstone 1 piece cast iron log mani............................$380
walbro intank 255lph fuel pump....................................$105
glow shift boost gauge...............................................$20
f1 racing stage 3 clutch n flywheel...............................$300
ebay intercooler n universal pipe kit..............................$125
ebay hks knock off mushroom filter...............................$15
maf adapter plate......................................................$20
aem fic base map.......................................................free!!
30 min tune 4 pulls on a Dyno Dynamics Dynamometer......$100

so for $2595 i was able to make 308hp...269whp 255wtq on 8psi,

but its time to move on and build up the motor and turn up the boost
here are some pics b4 i ****** the motor

any1 have any suggestions on engine management???...my hp goal is to be around 550, ive seen jessicas tc and im leaning towards her setup w/ the aem ems. i havent heard any complaints really about aem. i will say there customer service sucks. but the product is normally stout.

yeah with the treadstone manifold it get a little funky down by the intercooler,
i didnt have a clue as to how i was going to route the piping lol

when i was done i looked on treadstones website after a few months and there tc is setup the exact same way lol.

its not the best design but i like the way it looks

i think for the hp im aiming for my tuner will greatly appreciate a standalone, i dont want him fighting w/ the ecu...plus arent the ultimates almost 700 bucks, for 300 more i can have my aem

got mine from dezod, on sale for $1,600. by the time you buy all the supporting sensors, and what not, the emanage ultimate is almost the same price as the aem ems.
