Default Turbonetics check engine light need your help.

Ok I got my car back from S&R Performance couple of day ago; they had gotten my car running again check engine lights gone and were able to tune it. The only problem I had was the car would hesitate if you were in 3 gear and you punched the gas, and same thing with 4 gear but it was worse than if you were in 3 gear. So I was driving today and noticed my check engine light came on, the car was driving fine no problems. I took it to auto zone to see what the check engine light was on for; here is the list for what came on. I don’t know what to do; this kit has been giving me nothing but problems. I don’t know if I should keep it on and work through it, or just take it off and try to get money back, and if I can’t just sell it.

here are the codes its putting out.

P0102 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input
P0121 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A" Circuit Range/Performance Problem
P0138 O2Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank #1 Sensor #2)
P0335 Crankshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Malfunction
P2112 Throttle Actuator Control System – Stuck Closed
P2135 Throttle / Pedal Position Sensor

That's a lot of odd codes. Maybe the Unichip is bad? Have you tried replacing it?

I could put money on that he is useing the fic....lol

1st i would start with calibrating the fic (throttle and rpm)
next i would double check the slave version
then look into doing the resistor mod

after all that id look at your maf and make sure it is seated properly with no leaks around it or around the charge pipes.
also if your still having that throttle code the tps may be unpluged or damaged. Check the fic harness and make sure its pluged all the way in, look for damaged wires.

if all that is done and your still having issues i would get another tuner...kinda sounds like the maf map may be fubar.

what year tc and auto or 5 speed?

(I know im missing something....)

oh yeah...try unplugging the fic and clearing the codes...leave the fic unplugged and run the car. dont go into boost but just run around and see if any of those codes come back.

The resistor mod should clear up the crankshaft code.

The O2 Sensor High Voltage is because your secondary is finding out the hard way that your car no longer has a catalytic coverter. Is the O2 boss installed on the secondary?

The MAF code is because of an improper tune. It's not clamped or tuned well enough for the cars ECU to not pick up on the changes being inputted.

The rest sounds like you need to calibrate the FIC and renew all the software. There is a sticky on that on the FIC setup thread.

I run the same kit but after much experience and learning (as well as tuning with Mike aka ElevationTC) I have no codes at all.

Just look at crush's sig.... lol that's for doing the oil feed line tapping during kit install! lolz

Im using an fic with a plug n play harness, my car is 2008 5 speed with 12500 miles on it. Is there a way that it could be fic is going bad, or the plug n play is wired wrong. I was driving for a couple of day with out any check engine light coming on, and now they popped up.
