His kit is not ZPI, its similar to a Stage 0. Also using ZPI's MAF pipe, and no management.

Check it out here:

He is using ZPI parts and that is what I was saying he needs to get rid of and get some R&D parts on there. The TC isnt a honda and needs someone who understands boost to make reliable power. Thats all!

the zpi pipe is being modified/replaced if i cant smooth it out with the emanage i should have shortly. i also have injectors coming and hopefully will be safely tuned and pushing 10psi within the next few weeks.

i do understand boost and fuel injection systems, however i was mislead at the zpi pipe being enough. my mistake, which i am quickly fixing.

other than the zpi pipe there is nothing zpi about this kit except for some misc parts. before totally ____ing me over with this pipe, they have screwed me over 3 times previous to this on shipping alone (screwing up ordersm, not having parts when they say, the "stainless" flange being mild steel, other bull____ like that)

im not usually one to slam a company online but ZPI will recieve no further business from me and i will warn anyone else on here to not do business with them.

umm.. this might be a noob question... but why is 14.0 too lean? isnt that technically rich??? (less than 14.7)... what is the target afr to keep the tC running at (boosted)??

Thanks

for a NA setup that would be ok but with a forced induction setup u want a tune closer to 13.0 or 12.0:1 .... little more room for error for conditions like a hot day, bad tank of gas etc.

Get a fuel pump, regulator and a fuel return line and pump up the fuel pressure to about 50psi and you will be fine for that amounot of boost. Kill the closed loop crap. I have a big turbo and at 7psi I am at about 12.5. I have my fuel pressure up to 60psi until i get the computer for my ride.

Another case where this area needs to point to shop experiences... This is a good reason why people need to read the topics in there.
