aem FIC, greddy emanage, uni chip..

it all depends on what your local tuner is capable and proficient with!

call around ask what they are familiar with, then narrow it down and make your decision based on that because in the end what ever they can tune will net you the most power, how well your car runs and the longevity of your motor!

AEM EMS for ultimate control

if you want a piggyback system then go for anything that has partial throttle inputs

this is a noob question... does the hydra control EVERYTHING as in fuel injectors ignition and all that? i dont need to buy any other managements with it for a turbo setup right?

Default Yep

Yes, Hydra controls EVERYTHING. It will need an expierenced tuner to be able to use even half its potential.

Price no object? Hydra no doubt about it. It does everything and anything and gets rid of the stupid MAF to boot. It will give the best results and best reliability but is also way more expensive than your average piggyback. Otherwise I'd say the Greddy E-Manage or the AEM FIC unit are both excellent and priced affordably.
