I just got back from the track after having a little diffaculty in the middle of my second run of the night....i got in second gear and suddenly i couldnt boost and the car stuttered real bad, afr's went effing haywire and ran hella lean. i hobbled the car back to the pits to find a vac coupling blew apart.

so if you are using this kind of coupler you may want to rethink it and swap em out for something els.

 

would pvc cement fix that problem?

 

maybe but i wouldnt trust it.....luckly i had a spair that is just a single piece and garett had his tools handy......THANKS GARETT

 

I had a tee do that to me, but it was while i was messing with the lines and stuff, looks like the same brand, they are junk. autozone? I think thats where i got mine

 

yeah either pep boys or autozone......they are trash!!!!

 

I used small brass couplings from home depot, and gladly never had a problem like this.

Go to Home Depot and look for a brass one in the plumbing section.
